DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer Standard and Express Shipping across Australia.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–8 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated 1–4 business days.
• FREE Standard Shipping: On Australian orders of $120 AUD or more.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

We also offer international shipping to eligible New Zealand addresses.

We offer Standard and Express Shipping Australia-wide.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders of $120 AUD or more.

4. New Zealand Shipping Rates

We offer Standard and Express International Shipping to New Zealand.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier operations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For customers in New Zealand, import duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
INTACT. does not cover or reimburse customs charges. 

7. Shipping Delays & Liability

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

INTACT. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Australia Post or international carriers
• Incorrect address details provided by the customer
• Customs processing or inspections
• Weather events or peak-season congestion

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is complete and correct.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect locations are accepted for Australian orders.

9. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

• We will assist you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
• Replacement or refund eligibility is determined after carrier investigation.

INTACT. is not responsible for:

• Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
• Items stolen after delivery
• Removal of luggage accessories (including straps) by airport or customs authorities
